Agreement to official rules
By participating in WIN YOUR NEXT #MyConstanceMoment Competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of same.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in WIN YOUR NEXT #MyConstanceMoment Competition.
Constance Hotels & Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, mobile phones, bugs, video malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels & Resorts have no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, Facebook its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding WIN YOUR NEXT #MyConstanceMoment Competition shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
How to enter
1. To enter the competition, the participant must be a fan of Constance Hotels & Resorts
He/she should like the Facebook account of Constance Hotels & Resorts.
2. The participant must share the Facebook blog post: Memories and Magic: #MyConstanceMoment on his/her account.

What is #MyConstanceMoment?
Memories of our favourite holidays tend to exist as a series of blissful snapshot moments when everything comes together to create the perfect holiday experience.
A Constance moment is a moment spent at Constance Hotels & Resorts via an activity or amenity that you will cherish and cannot be lived elsewhere.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Only wish registered here will be considered.
By participating in WIN YOUR NEXT #MyConstanceMoment Competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce his/her name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, Website, Newsletter and Blog.
This competition is valid from the 4th of August 2020 at 23:59 UTC+4 till the 28th of August 2020 at 23:59 UTC+4.
Rights granted by you
By entering this Competition, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity) for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Your Wish/Selecting the Winner
If your next #MyConstanceMoment is an experience that falls under the brand main pillars: Gastronomy, Golf, Dining, Spa, Activities, Constance Kids Club, Honeymoon & Wedding, you are in for a chance to Win your next #MyConstanceMoment.
Experience value of up to $100 will be offered.
Constance Hotels & Resorts will make 5 wishes come true! One wish per participant.
Based on the wishes received, Constance Hotels & Resorts will randomly pick 5 wishes via a lucky draw.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and will be taken care of by him/her: flight expenses, hotel accommodation cost or any other expenses at the hotel are not included in the competition and is payable by the participant.
Any damage made at the hotel.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be subsequently notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts via Facebook message.
Winner will be announced on the 28th of August 2020 on Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Facebook account.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
In the absence of a response within the aforementioned period (48 hours), the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize. Another winner will be picked through a second round of the lucky draw.
The winner will have one year as from the official announcement to redeem the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Conscious of the global pandemic and confinement protocol in certain countries, the prize redemption date will start on the day the confinement is lifted in the winner’s country.
Exclusions
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to disqualify entries that are suspected to be fraudulent. No third party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participation in WIN YOUR NEXT#MyConstanceMoment Competition is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

By entering the competition, the participant agrees to receive marketing information about Constance Hotels & Resorts’ services.
