Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Wellness Retreat Giveaway by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they enter the giveaway.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any entry that does not meet the stated Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunctions, viruses, mobile phone issues, bugs, video malfunctions, or other such causes.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss, or damage caused by Facebook, Instagram, or their administrators.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the Wellness Retreat Giveaway shall be considered final and will not be subject to any correspondence.
All hotel stays are subject to availability, and availability cannot be confirmed until three months prior to the intended stay.

By participating, the entrant authorises Constance Hotels & Resorts to publicly announce his/her name on its digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, Newsletter, and Blog.
Validity
This giveaway is valid from 24th October 2024 until 6th November 2024. The winner will be announced on 7th November 2024 on Facebook Story.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this competition, you agree that Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or part of your entry, your name, and address (city and country) anywhere in the world and in perpetuity for future advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without compensation and without notice to you.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The entrant acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and must be paid for by him/her: flights, airport transfers, and any other expenses not included in the half board or bed & breakfast meal plan.
>Half board basis: Two meals included in the stay—breakfast and dinner.
>Constance Ephelia Spa Village: Get free access to all the facilities, spa treatments are not included.
Announcing the Winner
The winner will be notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts via Facebook Messenger. The prize cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for any other goods or services, and is non-refundable for cash, either in part or in whole.
The winner will have one year from the official announcement to redeem the prize. However, availability cannot be confirmed until three months prior to the stay. Otherwise, the prize will be void.
Participation in the Wellness Retreat Giveaway is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms will void the entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, transmission interruption, or communications failure.
