• The competition is an individual Stableford event over 36 holes.
• Men (white tees): play will be in two categories: handicap index 10.4 and below, handicap index 10.5 and above with a playing/course handicap limit of 18.
• Seniors of 60 years and above may play from the yellow tees and their playing/course handicap will be adjusted to the (WHS) course rating.
• Ladies (red tees): Handicap Index (WHS) applies. Playing/course handicap maximum of 20.
• Prizes will be presented to the leading 3 competitors gross & net in each category.
• A competitor may only win one prize (gross taking preference).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

• The Pro-Am will consist of 3 amateurs and one professional.
• The format will be the best two scores of the four to count.
• Prizes will be presented to the amateurs of the leading teams in gross & net.
• A team may only win one prize (net taking preference).
• A playing/course handicap maximum of 18 will apply for men/seniors and 20 for ladies.
• Men (white tees), Ladies (red tees) & Seniors (yellow tees - 65 years and above).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

• The Pro-Am will consist of 3 amateurs and one professional golfer.
• The format will be in “Shamble” with the best two scores of the four to count.
• Prizes will be presented to the amateurs of the leading teams in gross & net.
• A team may only win one prize (net taking preference).
• A playing/course handicap maximum of 18 will apply for men/seniors and 20 for ladies.
• Men (white tees), Ladies (red tees) & Seniors (yellow tees - 60 years and above).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

The Field

A strong field of Legends will be announced in due course with the top players from the 2022 Legends Tour season battling it out for the tournament victory as well as the John Jacobs Trophy, to be presented to the 2022 Order of Merit winner.

The Course

The stunning Legend Course has witnessed drama down the years with water in play on many of the holes on the layout. Designed by South African Hugh Baiocchi, the 18 hole championship course is laid out in an indigenous forest alongside one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

History

Previous winners include eight-time European Order of Merit winner Colin Montgomerie and 1997 Open Champion Tom Lehman.
