This exclusive event will take place at Constance Halaveli and Constance Moofushi, nestled in the serene Alifu Alifu Atoll and South Ari Atoll, Maldives.
During this week-long celebration of culinary excellence, you will be treated to a symphony of flavours, with exquisite multi-course dinners curated by some of the world's top chefs. This gastronomic journey is in collaboration with Domaine Albert Mann, renowned winemaker from Alsace, France, celebrated for its biodynamic farming practices and exceptional wine quality.
The event will feature the admired talents of:
- Sebastian Gibrand: Bocuse d’Argent 2019 winner from Sweden
- Fabrizio Fiorani: Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2019 from Italy
- Thomas Alphonsine: French Pastry Chef and influencer
These culinary artists, having made significant contributions to the 17th edition of Constance Festival Culinaire in Mauritius, will bring their expertise and creativity to the Maldives, crafting unforgettable dining experiences for you.

- Monday, August 12th: Sandbank Wine Evening with Chef Sebastian Gibrand, paired with Albert Mann wines.
- Tuesday, August 13th: Breakfast Pastry Corner by Thomas Alphonsine and Wine Tasting in the lagoon with Chef Sebastian Gibrand & Chef Fabrizio Fiorani, paired with Albert Mann wines.
At Constance Halaveli:
