The Night of La Paulée

The night of La Paulée - an exclusive feast strictly for wine lovers, aiming to evoke the same "Burgundy spirit of generosity and camaraderie” with a Constance touch will unite five prestigious vineyards under the unique roof of Archipel Restaurant.

The night will be brought to life by:

Domaine Les Bruyères – Rhone Valley, France; Creation Winery – Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, South Africa;

Château Sigalas-Rabaud – Sauternes, France;

Champagne Gosset – France;

and Patrick Piuze – Chablis, France.

For this very special La Paulée at Constance Prince Maurice a four hands dinner will be prepared by Chef Michael Sciolli, Executive Chef at Constance Prince Maurice & guest Chef, Lalaina Ravelomanana.
