Get ready to uncork the finest vintages as Constance Hotels & Resorts hosts the 8th edition of La Paulée from the 12th to 17th of May 2025. 
Taking place at Constance Prince Maurice and Constance Belle Mare Plage, this annual rendezvous brings together wine connoisseurs and culinary artists for an extraordinary week of sharing, tasting, and celebration.

Rooted in the traditional Burgundian harvest festival, La Paulée by Constance is a modern homage to the spirit of wine, friendship, and fine dining.
Each evening of the event is dedicated to a renowned winery—offering a rare chance to explore prestigious labels through curated dinners and intimate tastings.

The 2025 edition welcomes a stellar lineup, including:
