Keeping this saying in mind, at Constance Belle Mare Plage's Blue Penny Cellar, we have a delicious new concept, Around Wine.
You choose your favourite wine, and our skilled Chefs will create a complementing menu around it.

To simplify:  a good wine pairing should be able to enhance the food you are consuming, amplify your pleasure, by simultaneously urging you to keep tasting so as you discover more flavours unknown to your palate yet.

Our Around Wine concept starts with a warm welcome in the
Blue Penny Cellar by our sommelier followed by a brief explanation of the menu.

You can either choose the classic approach whereby you choose your dish and wine or dare to go for
Around Wine option which means you just pick your wine for Starter, Main & Dessert and our sommelier/chef will suggest you the perfect complementing dish!

For your information, you will have three different wines( by the glass) for Starter, three different wines( by the glass ) for the Main course, two different wines( by the glass) for Cheese and two different wines by the glass for dessert.
