Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in Echo Privilege Club giveaway by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the same.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the giveaway.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunctions, viruses, mobile phone issues, bugs, video malfunctions, or other such causes.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss, or damage caused by Instagram, Facebook, their malfunctions, or the actions of their administrators.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the Echo Privilege Club giveaway shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
*All hotel stays will be subject to the hotels' availability.
How to Enter
To enter, simply sign up for the loyalty program, like & follow @Constancehotels on either Facebook or Instagram or both.
By participating in Echo Privilege Club giveaway by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant authorises Constance Hotels & Resorts to publicly announce his/her name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, Website, Newsletter, and Blog.
Validity
This giveaway is valid from the 14th of August 2024 at 10 am BST until the 14th of September 2024 at 11:00 am BST.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this competition, you agree that Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name, and address (city and state/province/territory) anywhere in the world and in perpetuity for future advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review, or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The participant is informed, acknowledges, and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and will be taken care of by him/her: flights, airport transfers to and from the hotel, and any other expenses at the hotel not included in the half board meal plan basis.
Half board basis: Two meals included in the stay: breakfast and dinner.
Announcing the Winner
The winner will be notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts via direct message on Instagram. The winner will be announced on the 17th of September 2024 on Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Instagram account at 12 pm BST.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever and is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole. Prize is not transferable. The winner will have one year from the official announcement to redeem the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Participation in Echo Privilege Club giveaway by Constance Hotels & Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise.
