Constance Festival Culinaire presents Constance Café Gourmand in collaboration with Nespresso.
- A competition featuring four pastry chefs from Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice.
- For the 18th edition, the Constance Gourmet Coffee Competition will revolve around the creation of three mignardises:
- Mignardise 1: Vegan Mignardise
- Mignardise 2: Iced Mignardise
- Mignardise 3: Free creation using an imposed product, paired with Nespresso Indonesia Organic coffee
- Each participant will be mentored by previous competition winners, who also serve as Executive Pastry Chefs at Constance Hotels & Resorts.
- This competition promises to deliver creativity, delicate mignardises, and subtle coffee aromas, all coming together to create the finest delicacies.
