Meet and welcome guests inside the Arrival Lounge with Name sign, assistance with immigration formalities through the Fast-Track lane, baggage collection and customs.
Provide and hand out to clients: refreshing tissue and a bottle of water each.
Escort clients to the appropriate vehicle for necessary transfer as advised by the hotel.
Upon departure
Provide assistance to clients with check-in for international flights departure.
Advise clients already at the airport of any eventual flight delays and provide assistance as requested by Ephelia.

At Constance Ephelia we observe a “Casual Chic” dress code in all our food and beverage outlets.
During the day:
Shorts, T-shirts or polo shirts with footwear, yet we ask that swimwear be covered at all times.
Evening resort chic:
Lightweight trousers or tailored shorts, Bermuda, sleeved collared shirts (such as polo shirts and button down shirts), footwear required (no flip flops or slippers). Kindly note that any swim wear or sleeveless shirts is not permitted.
The only dining venue where we require an evening dress code is our signature restaurant CYANN.
Dress code for gentlemen: long trousers, collared shirts (button down) or polo shirt and footwear. Equally we ask ladies to respect the evening attire, in line with the elegant atmosphere of these particular restaurants.

Main half board restaurant, situated on the South beach, serving international food in a buffet style. The main focus is the live cuisine creating interaction between the chefs and the guests. The buffet which is fully air-conditioned offers different sections - an Asian station,central station featuring a beautiful pizza oven, pasta station, grill and plancha, to name just a few. Desserts in “Corossol” are not to be missed... The dining room is spread around in different modules, and features various types of seating, offering a large variety of ambiances, including “al fresco” setting.
