The 18th edition of Constance Festival Culinaire has come to a close and we’re pleased to share that the event demonstrated a gastronomic extravaganza, bringing together world-renowned chefs, pastry artisans, and food enthusiasts in a celebration of culinary artistry.
From March 20th to 29th, 2025, Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius became a centre of gastronomic excellence. Hosting Michelin-starred chefs, world-class pastry masters, and an extraordinary lineup of exclusive dinners, competitions, and celebrations, the event was a true showcase of culinary innovation and creativity.
